Hey everyone! So I've been doing Chloe Ting for over 2 months now. Not much weight loss, maybe a couple of pounds but I do have a two-pack and look more toned. The programs I did was 2020 and 2021 2 week shred and I'm finishing up 2021 get fit. But I don't know what I should do next. I enjoy dumbbells and want to continue to keep that muscle but I need hiit and cardio as well. Any recommendations??
