I have been doing excercise for 4 months but my belly fat still remains so, what should I do to lose it fast🥺😭

Try taking a hard look at your diet. I cut out most carbs, and high sugar items, and recently, dairy. I exercise when I have the energy and time to do so, but I lost about 12-15 lbs by exercising every night and cutting out high carb items, like bread, buns, chips, and cookies. It sucks, but there's a lot of keto options out there now that make it easier. Good luck!

Maybe you need to review your diet. Get into a calorie deficit if you need to or maybe change things around a bit. When people plateau in their weighloss that usually helps.
Also keep in mind that belly fat is very stubborn so even though it may feel discouraging that you feel like there's not much progress there, that doesn't mean that progress isn't happening. It's just happening slower. Keep it up. If you've done this consistently for 4 months you should be proud and continue this journey 💪❤️
