Hi, I've always struggled with my thighs since they are really fat. It's a 50/50 body image and mobility issue. The problem for me is that my thighs meet in the middle, and when i walk, they rub on each other, causing contact burns and little (painful) bumps. I'd love to go out in short shorts since i live in a tropical area, but i find myself not being able to, and that bums me a lot.
I'm looking for some workouts that might help with thinning and strengthening my thighs . It could be a challenge/workout video or a specific exercise. (edited by moderator)
