I am having a hard time finding time to do the workouts and staying with the schedule. I have tried waking up early before my children and I end up being so tired by the end of the day. I have tried finding a time mid day and it is most likely it won’t happen specially at night before we go to bed. It would be motivating if there was a group I had to commit to be there no matter what but it’s hard to find a group or even one person to motivate me. Most of the time I’m the one motivating others and end up alone in a few days. What has been the best time for y’all to workout?
