Fitness Discussion

Tomorrow is my last day of the challenge and I enjoyed it a lot!  I do see the post+reply recommending a week off to rest which is really helpful! 

Does anyone have any favorites that were like this one?  (Preferably good for beginners/easy to modify for low impact) I enjoyed the variety too.
