Hey I know that breaks are there for a reason and that I shouldnt do anything big in them but I feel that if I don't do this daily I will just stop remembering (I sadly do that a lot). Is there anything small I can do in between workouts that can keep me motivated but also isn't challenging?
Thanks for any responses in advance!
(Just adding as I didn't clarify, I will take breaks I just need something nice and small but still giving me a similar feeling to working out so that I don't stop)
