I have started the 2 week shred challenge. My aim is to lose belly fat and some thigh fat. I have decided to do my workouts in the evening. I am confused about the following things:
1- How long I should wait before eating something?
2- What can I eat/drink after the workout to enhance the effect of workout?
3- How much water generally to drink after and between workouts?
4- If I don't want to have a meal or snack after the workout and want to wait for like 3-4 hours, can I do that?
5- Can i have a shower right after my workout to cool myself down or should I wait?
5- Any extra tips for belly fat loss are welcome! :)
