Workout
I've had some days where I couldn't workout because I was completely busy. There were some days where I could workout but I was too lazy. I tried to workout today but couldn't do it because I'm too lazy and I've completely lost motivation from not working out for a week. What should I do? I'm really worried that I might give up. I don't want to give up, but my body just doesn't want to move at all. How can I get my motivation back?? Please help!!
