I'm a 17 year old female, I'm about 5'11 and weigh almost 43KG. I'm happy with my weight and all but i wanna get more shredded and strengthen my body. My body has gotten quite stiff as a result of lack of movement I'm looking forward to work on that as well. It will be one of my first workouts. I can spend about 4-5 days in week and it'll be easier if the duration is 30-45 mins daily. Can you suggest me a workout Program/Playlist/Videos? And an amazing New Year to you! (edited by moderator)
