Guys, just curious, how do you know you got stronger? What are workouts or exercises that used to be difficult for you when you started and are much easier now?
I just did the plank challenge video (🥲) for the 19th time in total and I used to die every time, using all low impacts and taking at least 7 breaks. Today I needed no low impacts and took only one break half way. I think it’s so cool to look back and really be aware of the progress. It makes me feel very proud.
And if you’re just starting and don’t see much progress yet, as a person who didn’t do any sports for years I can tell you that it’s true: You do get better and it’ll be much better than you think if you just keep showing up. 💕
