I'm currently halfway through the 2025 Weight Loss Challenge. I've lost 10.8% fat (8.4kg) since I decided to start working out on January 23. I used to only do the home- and crosstrainer but switched to Chloé Ting her workouts on February 5 and starting noticing a lot more difference.
I'm really close to my goal of losing weight, I have 5kgs to go! (Although it's tricky now because of the muscles I'm gaining. I can finally fit in some jeans and shirts I was unable to wear for two years.)
Which programs should I follow to maintain my shape and to get a more toned/sculpted body? I don't mind losing a bit more weight but I'd prefer not to have to buy a size down in clothes 😂
