I have joint hypermobility syndrome and snapping hip syndrome, for which I need to do regular exercises. It is difficult to motivate myself to do the same exercises my physical therapist prescribed over and over again. So, I restarted chloe's workouts a little over 2 months ago and have been consistent since then. I only do the low-impact versions of exercises because in the past I switched to the higher-impact exercise too soon, which strained my muscles and knees (this made me take a break and never start again 🥲).
My question: Does anyone have tips to know when muscles and tendons are strong enough to switch from low to higher impact?
