Hi! I'm currently on day 12 of the 2024 summer shred challenge and I feel like every day I feel more sick after working out, I think I've felt more sick this week than the week I started since I can feel that my muscles have an easier time doing the workout, but by half the workout I start feeling pretty nauseous
I started working out early morning before breakfast cuz I feel like if I workout with something in my stomach I'll actually puke
Also this past few days have been really hot in my city don't know if that contributes in any sort of way
I just wonder, is it normal to feel this nauseous? will the nausea go away if I keep pushing myself?
I am trying my best but it sorta makes me feel guilty to not be able to do Chloe's workout to the fullest cuz of the nausea, specially since I know if it weren't for the nausea I could do it 100%
