I just finished SS 2024 this evening. A couple of the workouts showed me I really need to work on my glutes bc I have a lot of muscle atrophy.
I have resistance bands and a mat, and my knees currently hate me. My brain wants to do fun plyometric moves, I forgot the knees can't keep up anymore. No jumping or high impact for me.
I'm not solely attached to doing a booty challenge if another program has great workouts for strengthening the glutes.
