Which challenge would you recommend?

Hi, I'm looking for challenges which combine weights and cardio for the whole body evenly.

I'm currently doing the 2025 Get Toned challenge which has both but I feel it lacks in cardio a bit.

I was looking at these challenges:

2022 get fit and moving (cardio + weights) 56 days, not enough weighted vids, would have to switch
2022 get toned 26 days, no cardio
2024 get toned (full body, weights, res bands, cardio) 26 days, doesn't seem to have a lot of cardio
2021 fitober (full body, weights, res bands, cardio) 22 days -has repeats
2024 shred and tone (full body, weights, res bands, cardio) 19 days -short workouts sometimes
2020 get fit (same) 21 days -has repeats

If anyone has done any of these which would you recommend?
