Fitness Discussion

I never worked out before, tried some challenges but never completed one because my muscules hurt a lot, making it even hard to walk, then I give up on the challenge.
I know the pain is because my muscules are getting stronger, but it lasts like 4 days and I can't work out during these days, I want something I can be consistent and not take a lot of more rest days.
