My goal is to get flatter stomach and toned arms in a month. Which one to start with? 1. Flat tummy 2. Hourglass I have already completed 2 challenges. 1 minute challenge and 2 weeks shred challenge. And i got amazing results I want flatter tummy in a month because my long distance bf will be visiting me after an year and i wanna surprise him. It doesn’t mean I will stop after that. But i kind of getting desperate to get better result in a month. You may even suggest something else. Thank you 🙏 (edited by moderator)
