Beginner
I hate cardio. Cardio as in running/cycling/rowing/swimming. Too many thoughts in the and not the right setting to get them organized. Repetitive. Boring. Uninteresting.
For all of you who hated it, how did you get to a point where you are comfortable running/cycling/rowing/swimming for 30min and not feeling so bored out of what you did?
