I have been in a calorie deficit for 2 months and started Chloe Ting’s workouts a month ago. I weight myself once a week and the same time and I notice the scale keeps going up. My BMI is around a 25 which is considered overweight and I have a yearly check up in a month. It may sound a little silly but it’ll crush me if my weight doesn’t drop off before then . I have lost inches tho so I think it may just be body recomp but how long till the scale number goes down?
