I’m not losing weight even when I’m in a calorie deficit, instead when I weighed myself on the scale today I noticed a gain of 0. 2 lbs in just one day…. I don’t know what to do. I am overweight (not comfortable sharing my weight) and I want to desperately lose weight. I currently just started the 2021 weight loss challenge and am on my 3rd day. Is it because I’m weighing myself too recently? Or is it because I’m weighing myself at the end of the day? Please help and if there are any weightloss tips they would be highly appreciated, thanks 😊
