Fitness Goals
First of all, who has tried Chloe's new pilates program and who absolutely loves it?
I have been trying to get in shape for ages, often teetering from comfortably in shape to vehemently out of shape. During my comfortable periods where I felt better, I never was happy enough with the physical improvements or rather lack thereof. So I started asking around; why am I not seeing the body I want?
Statistics point to a whopping 70% of weight loss and healthy development being largely contributed to diet. The other 30% goes to living an active lifestyle and/or exercising consistently. So why, if I eat so little, and exercise more than often am I still not seeing a significant enough change? Turns out some bodies don't respond as well to certain workouts. I fell off the health wagin and am starting over now. I have consistently been working out and my body seems to be responding well with the pilates program but not enough. But I eat a lot and have too many sweets. Seems like I know what i need to do right? Yes, but my mentality with food has changed into an unhealthy one so I am asking anyone to share how to overcome cravings? What has worked for any of you for fighting the urge to snack or overeat because it tastes good? Especially when I am struggling mentally and food is consistently good?
