I have been exercising whenever I feel like which I is around 4-6 days/per week , full body workout ( Bodyweight and sometimes weighted+ abs workout) without dieting, but I have noticed that am gaining weight but at the same time my clothes are getting loose, I want to know how can I prevent this weight gain? ( my current weight is 80kg), I cannot do hiit workout because of ankle and knee pain
