I have a question and I'd really appreciate your answers!
My problem right now is that I don't think I see myself as "thin" as I did two weeks ago... I'm not feeling good about myself at all right now, and I'm trying to lose more weight, but somehow it's not working.
So, I don't really have a problem with some numbers on some stupid scale, but more with my outward appearance. (Do you understand what I'm trying to explain?đ

And yes...I may have done a little less exercise the last four days, but I did exercise and went jogging. And I ate healthy, too, and I think I'm doing pretty well in a calorie deficit.
Does anyone have a tip or an idea what I can do to get over this stupid Wight break and feel good about myself again?
(And I know I can lose more weight because I was thinner than I am now for quite some time.)
