I feel like since I’ve started my work out journey in February I look way bigger rather than looking slimmer/skinnier!??? I eat in a calorie deficit and I’ve never been a big eater to begin with so I don’t understand why I’m not shedding the weight off and looking more toned? Now I just look chubbier with some definition when I started out looking skinner with no muscle. I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong???
I was 115 lbs and now I’m 118lbs. I’m so discouraged and upset. I started this journey to help with my body dysmorphia and to feel better about myself and now I just feel even worse than before.
I eat 1,400 calories or less a day and try to eat as healthy as I can (picky eater) I cut down on my junk food intake and I’m seeing no difference in my body.
