Hi, I started working out a few weeks ago but it was on and off like one week I wouldn’t workout the other i will only workout like half and sometimes I just wouldn’t workout but I don’t want to do that anymore so I started working out again. I’m on day 2 of the 2024 cardio challenge and i just don’t feel the burn and pain afterwards, I would feel a little bit of it sometimes more during the workout but afterwards i would feel nothing. I tried focusing on the on the part that I was suppose to feel the burn but nothing happened. Im thinking that Im doing something wrong I’m really lost and would appreciate you guys’ help
