Why Is My Weight Loss So Slow This Time?

My weight loss journey began this July with changing my diet, and I leveled up in August by adding workouts. I started at 90 kg and I'm now at 82.5 kg.

I have to be honest, I feel like the progress is super slow this time around. It's a bit frustrating because in 2020, I lost 20 kg in just 4 months on keto. Back then, I was only focused on the diet and hitting my 10,000 steps.

This time, I'm following a different diet plan and I'm doing Chloe Ting workouts plus using the elliptical machine. With all this extra effort, the scale is moving at a snail's pace!

I'm not giving up, of course! I'll keep going until I reach my goal. My current target is to hit 70 kg. Onwards and downwards!
