Fitness Discussion

I finished a program not too long ago and it was for 20 days. I didn't really see any results by the end of the program, and I was making sure I was eating the right foods. Now I'm doing another program and still haven't seen any results. Can you guys help me and tell me if this is normal because I'm very confused.
