I want to lose weight and decided to start doing the 2019 2 Weeks Shred Challenge but realised it's too difficult for me as it contains SO MUCH cardio excercises. It's very hard for me to jump, run, etc. so I stopped on 2025 Get Toned Challenge and I really enjoy it. I put a big effort on doing it but it's not as exhausting as that cardio stuff. But now I think that I will only grow muscles with this challenge and not lose weight. So can I continue doing this challenge or it's better for me to do something different, containing cardio excercises (which I hate so much..)?
