Hi, im curious if anyone here experienced back-pain during certain excercises. I have scoliosis and I had been swimming and doing therapy excersises, but i'm looking for a work-out routine that is not that harsh on the spine.
I'm trying to get my back muscles stronger, but thats also something that has to be build up. I want to avoid excercises that are harsher for the spine.
Any input, recommendations or warning is welcomed.
