Workout
So I have a 4 month old and his bed time is at 8:00 and that's when I start my workout. However I still take long to finish my workout. I'm talking about 11:00 or almost 12:00 in the morning. The reason why I workout at night is because that I burn off my calories that I ate. And I want to wake up early too like maybe 6:00 so I can have some me time by myself. I'm also trying to improve my sleep schedule. Is there a way I can fix this?
