I’ve been able to be consistent with my workouts for the 2025 shred and tone program, almost done even! (2daysleft)
Before I begin a shred challenge, been very worried i’m self sabotaging/hindering myself with fitting most workouts into the schedule at night. (Sometimes i do them morning/afternoon with a day off it’s just not routine.)
Some say the full advantage of a workout is to do so in the morning but others mention it’s better to start the day’s metabolism with meals and get the body going before a workout, and some say there’s no difference.
Anyone have experience with differing schedules?
