So I am someone who has mild abdomen pain during my periods, I can sit and stand (even if it is uncomfortable) but doing any work or workout is totally out of the question for two reasons. One, because I use pads that is kind of not suitable for me during workout and two, because the pain is quite a bit, not allowing me to do much. So when I start a program, I do it for 20-25 days and then a sudden gap of 6-7 days occur due to my periods and a few pounds bounce back during this time. Is there any way that I can avoid this bounce back or any way that the amount of weight I gain back be reduced. Once I had reduced almost 2.5 kgs in a span of 3 weeks only for more than half of it to be gained in the 5 days time I couldn't workout. Please give some insight on this problem anyone <3
