Hey everyone! I’m on Day 8 of working out with Chloe Ting, and I’m really trying to stay consistent. I eat pretty healthy, I'm in a slight calorie deficit, and I walk around 4,000–6,000 steps a day. But I’ve gained 1kg instead of losing 😭
I have PCOS, so I know weight loss is trickier, but I’m just wondering — am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else experienced this early on?
Would love to hear your thoughts or advice 🙏💪
