Workout
How does your mood affect your workout? I usually hear people saying they work out to feel better and be happier, if they had a bad day, they used it to blow off some steam, and that's all fine and dandy, but if I'm feeling bad or blue, my workout will suck. I won't be able to do the moves properly, I will get extremely frustrated, and I will feel angry after I finish. My workouts are way better when I'm feeling okay, I don't even need to feel that much energy, I just need to be okay.
