Awkward right?   

I have been working out for almost 3-4 years and yet when I work out in the living room or the kitchen area where there is a lot of space for my mat and myself.   .    every time a family member walks in.   .    I literally get so embarrassed…(especially when I’m squatting).   .    

Have any of you had embarrassing moments like this?     I’d love to hear your stories;)
