Fitness Discussion

Hi!  I'm doing my first program and it's been going great, but i live in a roof apartment and since yesterday the weather got really hot.  It is currently 32°C (90°F) in my apartment and i feel so lethargic with these temperatures and i'm dreading working out in this heat!  Any tips?  :)
