Working out through depression

Hello, I was heavily depressed for around 2 years and gained a lot of weight (around 30kg). Right now I started taking meds which tbh really helped (after taking them I started the challenge I’m currently in) but some days I struggle with getting out of the bed, this week I only completed 3 days of the challenge which make me feel guilty.
How do you guys find motivation through the challenges? Any tips that you think might help?
Also, Chloe’s community really had helped, I always go through the post and the good vibes from everyone is really heartwarming for me ❤️‍🩹🫶🏻💪🏻
