Hey so i recently injured my lower back, the pain has travelled to my ankles , classic case of sciatica. Im currently taking meds as prescribed by the doc but he also suggested me to watch over my weight cz im overweight, and he assumed i had thyroid issue , i got my blood tested , and i don't have any such issue but I'm likely to have diabetes if I don't fix my routine and everything. It has been mentally draining but anyways I need some suggestions and advices that I could inculcate during this recovery.
im aware diet stands and has the most affect , please give me advices regarding that too. I can't walk much because it starts hurting a lot. I used to lift weights previously but i can't anymore.
