I've changed my workouts about 3 times. At first I was doing the weight loss one, then the hourglass body one, and I actually think I'll start another one. And yes, I haven't completed any of them Because I feel like I'm not seeing results and that makes me feel like all my effort is for nothing. I just don't want to look fat and for people to stop making fun of me :( Could someone recommend a workout to get a flat stomach, and what do I need to do to get a flat stomach quickly? Please.
