Fitness Discussion

I can not believe it guys today is the last day of the workout #28-day hourglass challenge and my form is great i no longer have back pains when I work out tomorrow being my final rest day I will have completed this challenge. I did not think I could do it but here I am. My body is getting stronger am not where I want to be yet but am getting there. Consistency is key i love love love this. Anyone beginning and doubting yourself please don't, remember you can do it.
