Hie guyss
Last year June to October i started my weight lose journey I lost 7kg after that my college started and I stoped working out and now I gained it all back 🥲
So last time I was just doing cardio without any weight and now I wanna try weight training but Idk which program i should do and what else I should do with weight training like walking 10k steps or cardio afterwards idk so please help me 🥹 i just have 4 months and I saw that weight training gives better results sooo please let me know all details about it..🎀❤️ (edited by moderator)
