Hii everyone! I tried to do Chloe’s most popular 2019 2 week shred challenge a while back, and l could only complete her first 2 days. My whole body became sore and weird after l did the workout. It felt too intense. Usually l do similar level of intensity workouts, but this workout in particular made my body really sore. I plan on restarting the challenge on 15th of March. Do you guys have any tips to help me make it through the workout and prevent body soreness? Thank you :)
