Chloe's Programs
So I weighed myself on the 24th after a large meal, bad idea but I weighed 218.9 I gained a little I was 216.8 so I wasn’t to upset, my period is also on its way, this pasted week I went as hard as I could during workouts and after, I even had a few large meals and period cravings I caved to a little to much or so I thought, today after my workouts I decided to see the damage, I cried before my workout just from being emotional but didn’t let it stop me, I weighed 213.6! What? I almost can’t believe it, so I weighed myself a few more times and all the same, I felt so bloated and felt big yesterday I was positive I gained weight. Definitely felt so good to see the program in action! And my mental determination growing so much! So many days this week I wanted to take a rest day but I knew I had to pull through and keep it going! Wow I feel powerful! I love this app and Chloe ting! The programs really work!! Physically and mentally! (edited by moderator)
