I just finished the 2019 two shred and am going for round 2. However, I have noticed that when I am in a high plank position or whenever I try to push myself up my wrists hurt. Additionally, it has been kind of painful to walk(the tops/sides of my feet hurt) and it hurts when I try to do jumping jacks and land on my feet. Any recommendations on how to alleviate the pain while still trying to wokout? Also any suggestions on why I might be feeling this pain?
