This happens every time I work out when it comes to anything where i’m putting pressure on my hands (push ups, planks, etc). I don’t have issues with my right wrist, it’s always my left and it makes it really difficult to do some workouts, especially anything that’s like “table top position” (i. E. crab toe touches). I’ve done the whole wrist rotation thing during warm ups and it helps a bit but then the pain comes back. Anyone have any issues with this or have anything that can help?
