Workout
So, Hi everyone.... đđ
So I do workout almost every day.. I do have some rest days but I still try my best to be consistent.. đ
I have few questions...
1. best time for workout?
I am a 12th grader and my schedule is pretty hectic.. I do my workouts at night as I don't have much time in morning... But I wanna lose weight fastly so which time is best for that?
2. I don't struggle while doing some exercises like crab toe touch and some more.. Does that mean I am doing that wrong?
And now I don't struggle that much while doing longer workouts or HIIT as much I used to struggle before... So does that mean that I am doing it wrong or they are not much effective for me now?
3. Any diet tips?
4. any time management tips?
Or anything u wanna tell me or guide me about... đ
