Hallooo, I've been giving some thinking to the idea of adding yoga to my journey đ§ââïž primarily with the idea of connecting more with my body ;) I dont really intend going crazy on it tbh, I simply want to relax and feel. However, I'm not so totally sure on how to add it to my current routine or if there are any things I should be considering that I might not be thinking of. Should I do it the same days I work out (5/6 days a week)? or maybe do it on my rest days? or even all week? does anyone here does/has done both things (working out and yoga)? I'd appreciate any tips/advice, experiences, comments, etc., even if they're about your journey on yoga alone! as I have never practiced it before. đ
