So I am 5'3" 21yr old. I weigh 90.6 kg rn. I was 94.5 on 18th of March. I only did 12 days of 2021 summer shred challange that too in 28 days (have a really imp. upcoming exam), but I paid attention to my diet a lot, definitely ate balanced and nutrient rich.
I realised I was eating too less protein for my requirement, so I focused a lot on that. I definitely ate 1500-2000 calories with like 4 cheat days in the past month.
So I am honestly quite happy, I barely did anything physical and lost 4kgs and the difference is visible. Although I understand shredding in first few kilos is a lot easier than last ones.
So I wanted to ask people how did they loose +20kgs / +40 pounds ? How long did it take ? How was your mental health? What was your diet ?
What should I pay attention to ? If anyone could tell exactly how much protein should I take, I will be greatful.
