Workout
Guyss I'm planning to start a workout and eating clean from tomorrow. Like I'm unsure about this split pls do tell me if it's correct or any other tweak in. 🙂
I'm 105kg, 21yrs female, 164cm.
My goal : fat loss with toned and shredded body.
Monday - upperbody strength training
Tues - Rest or maybe a brisk walk
Wednesday- lowerbody strength training
Thursday - light walk
Friday - Full Body strength training
Sat - Cardio + Core
Sunday - Rest
Pls do tell if this works out for my goal without too much of mental fatigue and also tell me a simple yet effective tip to keep me consistent in workout. 💗🙏🏼
