I completed 2021 2 week shred challenge
As I'm a newbie to workouts,I really want to know from fitness enthusiasts here
In what category would you fit this challenge in
Easy/Moderate/Difficult?
Personally for me, 2nd week was tough
The only reason behind this post is to know whether completing this challenge means have I gained strength relatively!?
